NS Clean

Ordinary hydrocarbon-based detergents contain a variety of constituents with different carbon numbers and configurations, which results in a broad range of boiling points.
   NS Clean is a single substance of paraffinic hydrocarbon, which results in a very narrow range of boiling points.

The advantages of being a single substance
• Does not contain light substances that easily catch fire; consequently it features a high flash point and greater safety in comparison with equivalent compounds with average boiling points
• Does not contain heavy substances that are hard to dry; consequently it dries easily in comparison with equivalent compounds with similar flash points
• Differences in boiling point with those of the dirty items make the agent easy to use. Consequently, the washing fluid still yields a high rate of recovered fluid with high purity even with repeated regeneration. The loss rate is thus low, and the agent is very economical.
• The washing fluid is easy to manage because the composition of new washing fluid and that of the fluid that has been regenerated by distillation are almost the same.

[Special Grade]
A number of special grades are offered in the NS Clean series, including NS Clean 100W and NS Clean 200W of the NS Clean W-type, which is suited for discharging (water substitution) / particulate washing, and NS Clean 100R of the NS Clean R-type, which features enhanced dissolving power for non-mineral oils such as rosin as well as animal and vegetable oils.
