Nikko Shoji offers a total service for surface treatment processes, from system design through chemicals and other materials for plating solutions to plating devices. We are also actively involved in the development of platings with new functions and solutions to environmental issues. Our comprehensive approach has resulted in the development of electroless nickel plating solutions to make possible lead-free plating, and in various systems for the eco-friendly disposal of used solutions. In these ways, we offer prompt and timely support for our users’ environment-related needs.

We manufacture and sell chemical processing agents and materials for the production of electronic parts, including lead frames, printed circuit boards and connectors: we also provide technical support.

| We also handles fine chemicals made of salts, particularly metallic salts, and their compounds. We employ advanced control technologies to regulate the purity, particle diameter and shape, density and so on of these substances —— at the microscopic level —— during the production process, and also utilize chemical mixing and compounding technologies to produce finished fine chemical products with a very high degree of reliability in terms of suitability to application and specific-function performance. |

Our service fields are not limited to surface treatment and fine chemicals: we supply various services with a wide range of technologies possessed by the Japan Energy group and the Nippon Mining & Metals group, which are manufacturers of oil and non-ferrous metal products, respectively under the umbrella of Nippon Mining Holdings, Inc.

We supply metal anodes and inert anodes made of materials such as platinum and carbon, as well as other electrolytic materials and components.
